When shipping a cat/kitten, we will require a photocopy of your current driver's license and proof of address
All Non-Breeder Cats and Kittens unless priory altered before leaving our cattery must be spayed or neutered as stated in our contract. ALL CONTRACTS WILL BE ENFORCED WITH NO EXCEPTIONS. It is our right to decide to alter a kitten at Buyers additional expense prior to placing a kitten with buyer.
Please be aware that if you are buying a Cat/Kitten as a "Pet" without breeding rights, said cat "Will be required" to be Altered and we will hold registration papers until such proof is provided by a Certified State Veterinarian. Refusal to alter or provide proof of alter will result in legal repossession of cat "without refund"plus all legal expenses to be paid by Buyer.
